If PowerShell blocks Remove-Item due to permissions/open files, close any editor/terminal that might be holding the folder open (VS Code, another PowerShell tab), then retry — or just manually delete the node_modules folder and package-lock.json file in File Explorer first.
If it still fails after a clean reinstall, manually install the missing platform binary directly:
